Characteristics:
Two-storey structure built against neighbouring properties. Façade ranging with alley. Gable roof with eaves and dormers with inward and outward curved gables. Wooden full-frontage gallery on first floor covered with slant roof with overhang. Gallery provided with eight segmental arches supported by wooden pillars and closed with cantilevered wall.
During the restauration work in 2010 on the ground floor, wooden doors were installed. On the first floor, wooden louvred shutters were put in the arches of the gallery.
Monument value:
Architectural historical value because a.o. the dormers with 18th century inward and outward curved gables and the later added front gallery typical of Punda. Specific value as part of a protected monumental townscape.
