Name of property:
Two-storey structure built against neighbouring properties. Typical steep gable roof with eaves parallel to alley. Two front dormers covered with gable roofs with eaves ranging with front façade. Later on added adjoining structures on rear side. Front façade with four clamped windows on first floor.
Architectural historical value as one of the few existing examples with a façade appearance as was usual in the17th and 18th century before addition of front galleries were introduced; also because of the eaves rarely found here and the numbering marks of the roof construction, unique for Curaçao. Specific value as part of a protected monumental townscape.
Second half 17th / first half 18th century
