Detached one-storey dwelling. Three parallel hipped roofs, the two front roofs smaller than the rear one. Roofs with cement hips and ridges with finials. Front façade with ornate cornice and weather mouldings, quoins on corners. Central door and flanking windows, all provided with fanlights. Fence with square stone pillars.
Architectural and cultural historical value as an example of a traditional medium-sized dwelling covered with hipped roofs. Ditto because of ornate cornice and weather mouldings. Specific value as part of a protected monumental townscape.
