Typical small semi-detached one-storey structure built on narrow and deep lot. Oblong gable roof. Front façade: funnel-shaped gable with 19th century top end. Wide opening with weather moulding on ground floor closed with panelled doors with side lights. Side gate with access to backyard.
Architectural historical value because of the typical 19th century gable. Cultural historical value as a building which is part of one of the few existing examples of the old corral-structure typical of Otrobanda. Specific value as part of a protected monumental townscape.
