Semi-detached 18th century three-storey structure. Gable roof parallel to street. Front façade with two-storey arcades topped with a richly ornamented central attic structure with gable roof. Six-bay arcades supported by belly-shaped columns and closed, on the second floor, with shutter windows equipped with fanlights. On the first floor the shutter windows are replaced by fixed glass. Decorated frieze parapets for arcades and attic structure.
Architectural historical value because of a.o. the later on added front arcades characteristic of Punda, and the ornate top of the front façade. Specific value as part of a protected monumental townscape.
