Large detached one-storey structure set back from building line. H-shaped floor plan covered with three hipped roofs. Cement hips and ridges with finials. Continuing profiled cornice over façades, dentate quoins on corners. Front façade: central shutter door flanked with three shutter windows with weather mouldings on both sides. Two shutter windows on each wing. Large covered cistern with two arched aqueducts behind west wing.
Architectural historical and cultural historical value as a typical large building with hipped roofs and a typical floor plan rarely found on Curaçao. Ditto because of the large cistern and aqueducts. Specific value as part of a protected monumental townscape.
