Detached one-storey structure containing four row-houses. One continuous gable roof with side overhangs, ridge perpendicular to street. Plain funnel-shaped gables. Building is part of a group of two similar structures (nr. 43-47)
Architectural historical value because of a.o. the sporadically found side overhangs, and as part of complex with adjacent similar low-cost row-houses. Specific value as part of a protected monumental townscape.
