Name of property:
Semi-detached one-and-a-half storey corner structure accommodating two row-houses. Gable roof over core area and adjoining slant roofs over front and rear gallery. Two dormers on both sides of roof. Funnel-shaped separation walls and gable with shoulders and 19th century top. Oven and chimney in backyard of dwelling.
Architectural historical value because of the floor plan typical of Curaçao which is scarce in this part of the town. Ditto because of the typical oven. Specific value as part of a protected monumental townscape.
1856 (marked in gable top)
