Corral compound with main building and open yard surrounded by secondary structures. Main structure with gable roof over core area. Four dormers with moulded triangular top end on each side of roof. Front gallery interrupted by a two-storey structure. Adjoining side wing. Front terrace with stone balustrade and stairs to yard. Servants quarters with one continuous lean-to roof leaning to front wall of premises. Two cisterns.
Architectural historical value because of a.o. the typical 18th century inward and outward curved gables, dormers and the front terrace with Ysselsteen masonry. Ditto because of the floor plan of the main building, typical of Curaçao. Cultural historical value as a building which is part of one of the few existing examples of the old corral-structure typical of this area of Otrobanda. Specific value as part of a protected monumental townscape.
