Detached double structure made up of two connected identical two-storey wooden structures. Two external staircases to first floor, one separating both structures. Two parallel hipped roofs with overhangs; corrugated iron roofing. Front façade of each unit: cantilevered triangular fronton with profiled frame supported by five sawn and decorated consoles. Shutter doors on first floor opening to full-frontage wooden balconies supported by four cut consoles. Central door flanked by tall windows on ground floor.
Architectural historical value because wooden houses of this type and size are rare on Curaçao. Architectural historical and esthetical value because of such elements as a.o. the typical frontons, the wooden consoles and balconies, and the shutter doors and windows with frames. Specific value as part of a protected monumental townscape.
