Detached two-and-a-half-storey structure with the prominence of a country estate. Gable roof over core area and adjoining slant roof over front and rear galleries. Cross wing with gable roof intersecting main block. 18th century funnel-shaped gables with shoulders and semicircular fronton as top end. Cornice over facades of cross wing. Cistern with aqueduct. Structure was restored in 1986, a.o. dentate coins added.
Architectural historical and cultural historical value as an example of a rare 18th century two-storey dwelling. Ditto because of the unusual size and design. Ditto because of its location, originally in an open area, nowadays in a built-up urban area. Specific value as part of a protected monumental townscape.
