Detached one-storey corner structure. Two parallel hipped roofs with cement hips and ridges with finials. Profiled cornice over three façades, pilasters on corners. Front façade with central door and flanking windows. Short front terrace with balustrade and stairs to street at both short ends. Cistern covered wit hipped roof.
Architectural historical and cultural historical value as an example of a sound traditional stone-built dwelling with hipped roofs. Ditto, because of the cistern. Specific value as part of a protected monumental townscape.
