Semi-detached one-storey structure with ridge parallel to alley. Gable roof over core area and adjoining slant roofs over front and rear galleries. Two dormers on both sides of main roof. Truncated gables with shoulders, oculus and knob ornaments on gable ends. Plain cornice on front and side façades continuing into aqueduct connected with detached cistern. Front façade ranging with street; two alternating windows and doors.
Architectural historical value because of a.o. the characteristic gables with shoulders. Architectural historical and cultural historical value because of the floor plan with core, front and gallery typical of Curaçao, the fully intact rainwater management system and the stonewall fences typical of Otrobanda. Specific value as part of a protected monumental townscape.
