Detached cube-shaped two-storey structure with ridges parallel to street. Front section with parallel hipped roofs over front gallery and sala. Rear section with transverse hipped roofs over side wings and small central corridor. All roofs with cement hips and ridges with finials. Roof chimney. Front façade laid out in five axes; central door flanked with paired windows with arched weather mouldings on both floors. Central front balcony.
Roof partially collapsed.
Architectural historical value because of a.o. the classicist cube shape of the property, the paired windows with arched weather mouldings, typical of Antoine Martis’ creations, Scharlooweg 5 being the earliest known example.
