Semi-detached one-storey structure ranging with the alley. Gable roof over core area and slant roofs over front and rear gallery. Roof with eaves. Funnel-shaped gables with top end made up of a small triangular fronton above rectangular moulding. Two dormers with slant roofs on both sides of roof. Alley façade altered during renovation in 1994.
Architectural historical and esthetical value because of a.o. the characteristic gables and the roof with eaves sporadically found. Architectural historical and cultural historical value because of the floor plan with core and front gallery typical of Curaçao.
