Name of property:
Detached two-storey structure with ridge parallel to street. Gable roof over core area, adjoining slant roofs over front, and part of the rear gallery. Two dormers on front side and one on rear side of roof. Funnel-shaped gables with semicircular fronton as top end. Front façade laid out in four axes with windows on first floor and door and three windows on ground floor with full-frontage horizontal band. Rainwater transport from front roof gutter along gable to rear gutter and vertical gutter to (removed) cistern.
Architectural historical and esthetical value because of the characteristic funnel-shaped gables and the complicated rainwater gutter system. Specific value as part of a protected monumental townscape.
