Large detached two-storey concrete-built structure. Gable roof with hipped end at rear side and adjoining slant roof. Front façade laid out in two axes with balcony and first floor terrace supported by fluted double Ionic columns. Side staircase to first floor.
Architectural and cultural historical value because of the balanced façade lay-out and the characteristic balcony and the terrace on the first floor. Specific value as part of a row of buildings dating from the 1930’s which, despite the diversity in detail, form a homogenous group of buildings.
