Large detached one-and-a-half storey structure. Typical oblong floor plan parallel to street. Gable roof over core area. Slant roofs over front and rear gallery. Inward and outward curved gables with profiled mouldings. Five dormers with inward and outward curved gables on each side of gable roof. Front façade laid out in nine vertical axes. Openings topped with arches in block pattern connected with moulded bands. Seriously damaged by fire in 1999.
Nr. 127-131: Architectural historical and cultural historical value because of the floor plan typical of Curaçao. Ditto because of its age, as a rare 18th century house and the characteristic gable roofs, mouldings and terrace stairs. Specific value as part of a protected monumental townscape.
