Large walled-in corral compound. Two-storey main building with hipped roof and one-storey front, side and rear gallery. Cement hips and ridges with finials. Front façade: core area with four tall windows and front gallery with alternating doors and windows. Walled-in front terrace with stairs to yard. Additional structures include a cistern and service quarters covered with a lean-to roof leaning to wall of corral. Similar small structure at the corral entrance. Access to main building lined with low stone walls.
Architectural historical value because of the floor plan of the main building typical of Curaçao. Cultural historical value as a building which is part of one of the few existing examples of the old corral-structure typical of Otrobanda. Specific value as part of a protected monumental townscape.
