Semi-detached two-storey structure with ridge parallel to street. Gable roof over core area and adjoining slant roof over front gallery. Funnel-shaped gables with 19th century top-end. Front façade laid out with three shutter windows on first floor and alternating shutter windows and shutter doors on ground floor, all with weather mouldings.
Cultural historical value as an example of a structure with a ‘bentana’, a selling window. Architectural historical and cultural historical value because of a.o. the floor plan typical of Curaçao. Specific value as part of a protected monumental townscape.
