Semi-detached one-storey structure with ridge perpendicular to street. Gable roof with slightly lifted overhangs. Front façade with funnel-shaped gable, paneled door flanked by two windows, fluted pilasters on corners. West façade constructed in wood.
Architectural historical and cultural historical value because it is one of the few preserved examples of a combination of a stonework front façade and a wooden side façade in the Alley Area in Otrobanda. Architectural historical and esthetical value because of the decorative details such as the profiled pilasters and the fretwork. Specific value as part of a protected monumental townscape.
