Semi-detached two-storey structure with a rectangular floor plan. Hipped roof with cement hips and ridges with finials. Cornice over front and side façades. Front façade: triangular fronton with profiled dentils, fronton infill with medallion and curved mouldings, front balcony with wooden fretwork balusters and supported by fluted columns. Corner pilasters.
Architectural historical value because of the front façade design with fronton, columns and mouldings inspired by neo- classicism as was usual on Curaçao, and on Scharloo in particular, in the last quarter of the 19th century. Specific value as part of a protected monumental townscape.
