Semi-detached two-storey structure with rear additions. Composite floor plan and roof structure with two sets of three transversely positioned parallel hipped roofs, and two air-wells. Cement hips and ridges with finials. Cornice over facades, pilasters on corners. Shutter door and windows of front façade laid out in three axes and framed with mouldings. Rear additions include cistern covered with hipped roof and typical small structure with square floor plan.
