Detached two-storey structure. Ground floor level below level of square. Hipped roof parallel to square, adjoining slant roof over rear gallery. Cornice with flat and profiled section, corner pilasters. Front façade: Central triangular fronton with window above cornice, doors and windows laid out in four axes. Two full- frontage horizontal bands over façade. Front fence of premises with typical round columns.
Architectural historical and cultural historical value as an example of a two-storey urban dwelling with a rarely found fence of round columns. Specific value as part of a protected monumental townscape.
