Two adjoining one-storey structures with similar design. Hipped roofs, nr.12 with adjoining slant roof. Cornice and pilasters on corners and on separation line of structures. Triangular frontons with horizontal bands and shutter windows in centre of each façade. Front façade with two times a door and window (nr. 8-10), and three clamped doors (nr.12), the centre one topped with a triangular moulding, the flanking doors with text ‘Gran Agencia Funeraria’ and ‘Panaderia El Cojo feb 20 1884’.
Architectural historical and cultural historical value as an example of a dwelling and shop structure which has retained the original function. Architectural historical value because of the functional façade texts and mouldings, and the bread oven. Specific value as part of a protected monumental townscape.
