Detached two-storey concrete-built double structure with rectangular floor plan. Two parallel hipped roofs with cement hips and ridges with finials. Cornice over all façades, pilasters on corners. Front façade with balconies, doors and windows in mirror-image lay-out.
Architectural historical and cultural historical value as an example of a double structure for which, with the modern application of (finger-corral) concrete, a connection with the existing older architecture had been sought. Specific value as part of a protected monumental townscape.
