Detached one-storey structure laid out on a basement above ground. Main structure with ridge parallel to street. Gable roof over core area, adjoining slant roofs over front and rear galleries. Funnel-shaped gables with shoulders and top ends with triangular fronton above rectangular mouldings. Two dormers on both sides of main roof. Rear section with transverse hipped roofs and three tent roofs surrounding a patio. Front façade: corner pilasters hide standpipes connected to cistern under front terrace. Front stairs with landing.
