Detached two-storey block-shaped corner structure with similar design as nrs. 35 and 37-37A. Rectangular floor plan with flat roof. Cornice with parapet topping façades of main section, fluted pilasters on corners. Front façade laid out in three vertical axes with central shutter door and flanking shutter windows on first floor and shutter doors on ground floor. Small front balcony. Short front terrace with pillared fence.
Architectural historical and cultural historical value as an example of a block-shaped building with which, with the modern use of (finger corral) concrete, a connection has been sought with the older built-up area. Specific value as part of a protected monumental townscape.
