Two-storey structure built against adjacent properties. Flat roof. Projecting cornice over exposed façades. Fluted pilasters on corners and in central axis of façade dividing the front façade in two sections. Front façade with two doors on ground and first floor. Full-frontage front balcony with balustrade of wooden fretwork. Front terrace with pillared fence. (The two staircases are later additions).
The former central attic of the house was build out to a complete floor in the first half of the 20th century.
Architectural historical and cultural historical value as an example of a two-storey urban dwelling with a front façade with neo-classicist mouldings. Specific value as part of a protected monumental townscape.
