Detached one-storey structure made up of two small adjoining dwellings. Rectangular floor plan with core area and rear gallery. One continuous gable roof and adjoining slant roof with funnel-shaped gables and 19th century top end, interrupted by ditto gable of separation wall projecting over roof surface. Three dormers on both sides of main roof. Front façade with modest cornice, three doors and ditto windows.
Architectural historical and cultural historical value because of the floor plan with core and rear gallery typical of Curaçao. Ditto, as an example of modest servants’ quarters of corral Pietermaaiweg 137. Specific value as part of a protected monumental townscape.
