Large detached complex built in neo-classical style. Two distinct building sections. Western section: T-shaped floor plan with hipped roof over core and gable roof over front addition with decorated triangular pediment. Eastern section: rectangular floor plan on platform with hipped roofs over two storey core area and rear gallery, flat roof over one storey front addition. Covered cistern on east façade.
Architectural historical value because of the classical style characteristics such as the pediment, dentate quoins and framed windows on first floor. Monumental ensemble value because of the prominent location on Berg Arrarat.
