Name of property:
Detached two-storey corner structure with ridge parallel to Roodeweg. Gable roof over core area and adjoining slant roofs over front and rear galleries. Two dormers on both sides of main roof. Funnel-shaped gables with shoulders, oculus and 19th century top end with date mark ‘1861’. Front façade laid out in four axes with two doors in centre and two windows on both sides. Front balcony supported by columns. Short front terrace with fence of stone openwork.
Architectural historical and cultural historical value because of the floor plan with two-storey core, front and gallery typical of Curaçao. Ditto, because of the funnel-shaped gables with date mark and the dormers. Specific value as part of a protected monumental townscape.
