Compact complex of five small dwellings enclosed by four alleys: Van Dijksteeg, Zaantjessteeg, Martinsteeg and Schrijnwerkerstraat. One and two-storey structures with inner yards. Complex dominated by central two-storey core structure with hipped roof and one-storey side galleries with lean-to roofs. Other structures include a.o. dwellings with core area and galleries covered with gable roofs and slant roofs enclosed with funnel-shaped gables with classical top end. Complex enclosed with high stone wall with gates to small inner yards.
