Symmetrically set up small complex with main building with deep setback and flanking front pavilions on both sides of patio. Main building: three hipped roofs parallel to street over rectangular floor plan. Front façade with cornice with dentils and drapery ornamentation. Central door and flanking windows with triangular frontons. Front pavilions: basically identical structures with hipped roofs perpendicular to street. All roofs with cement hips and ridges with finials. Central gate between pillars connecting the front pavilions.
Architectural historical and cultural historical value as a traditionally set up stone-built dwelling with hipped roofs, and because of the mouldings. Ditto, because of the pavilions enclosing a patio with the main building. Specific value as part of a protected monumental townscape.
