Name of property:
Large detached two-storey concrete-built structure. Typical barrel-shaped roof over east side and adjoining slant roof over west side of structure. Front façade split up in two vertical sections: left section laid out with windows in two axes, ornamented infill on barrel-shaped gable; right section with slant roof over balcony on first floor. Modelled stonework on ground floor façades. Structural design basically similar to Bargestraat 52-54.
Architectural historical value because of the balanced façade lay-out, the characteristic barrel-shaped roof and the modelled stonework on the ground floor façades. Specific value as part of a row of buildings dating from the 1930’s which despite the diversity in detail form a homogenous group of buildings.
