Name of property:
Large detached two-storey concrete-built structure. Gable roof over east side and adjoining slant roof over west side of structure. Front façade split up in two vertical sections: left section laid out with four-blade windows and ornamented infill on gable; right section with slant roof over balcony on first floor. Modelled stonework on ground floor façades. Detached cistern at front. Structural design similar to Bargestraat 48-50.
Architectural historical value because of balanced façade lay-out and gable roof with front overhangs, covered balcony and modelled stonework of different size. Specific value as part of a row of buildings dating from the 1930’s which, despite the diversity in detail, form a homogenous group of buildings.
