Partially collapsed fortifications and well-preserved part of building. Entrance between outer wall and building. Floorboards in the courtyard. Brick staircase from the beach up to the fort on the cliff. At a relatively short distance from the fort a section of a patrol path.

Scientific value as a representative defense complex from the eighteenth century and as a remnant of a fort unique to Curacao with a heptagonal structure; cultural-historical value as part of a chain of defenses.
