Well preserved artillery and two underground ammunition bunkers in reasonable condition. Ammunition cellar with wooden roofs, concrete walls and iron doors. Water basin and elongated foundation of barrack at short distance north of the bunkers.
Scientific value as the only American coastal battery on Curaçao and as a representative defensive structure of WWII; cultural historical value because of the role of the battery for the defense of the island in WWII and as part of a defensive chain on the south coast.
