Detached one-storey block of two structures. Part of a compound of two blocks of three row-houses enclosing a small walled-in inner yard. One continuous gable roof with dormers on both sides of roof. Plain end gable. Each dwelling equipped with two dormers with tall windows and triangular frontons.
Architectural historical and cultural historical value because it is part of a rare example of a compound of modest row-houses with a walled-in backyard. Specific value as part of a protected monumental townscape.
