Detached two-storey concrete-built structure with rectangular floor plan. Basically identical to Nieuwestraat 8-10. Hipped roof with cement hips and ridges with finials. Cornice over all façades, pilasters on corners. Front façade with full-frontage balcony, door and windows laid out in three vertical axes.
Architectural historical and cultural historical value as an example of a building for which, with the modern application of (finger-corral) concrete, a connection with the existing older architecture had been sought. Specific value as part of a protected monumental townscape.
