Detached one-storey corner structure with ridges parallel to street. Main structure: two parallel hipped roofs with cement hips and ridges with finials over two rectangular blocks of different size; adjoining transverse wing. Front façade with profiled cornice, pilasters and central door with flanking windows. Small front terrace with stone balustrade. Cistern at rear side.
Architectural historical value because of the classicist style characteristics such as the various blocks each covered with hipped roofs, the cornices, pilasters and the symmetrical set-up of the main building. Monumental ensemble value because it is located in an area with buildings with similar style characteristics.
