Two-storey structure built against adjacent properties. Flat roof. Front section with small setback sections at corners accommodating two staircases (right one belongs to adjacent property). Projecting cornice with dentils over exposed façades and fluted pilasters on corners. Front façade with central door and flanking windows on ground and first floor. Weather mouldings above openings continued as horizontal bands. Almost full-frontage front balcony.
The former central attic of the house was build out to a complete floor in the first half of the 20th century.
Architectural historical and cultural historical value as an example of a two-storey urban dwelling with a front façade with neo-classicist mouldings. Specific value as part of a protected monumental townscape.
