‘Kas di kunuku’, a detached single storey dwelling on a rectangular floor plan. Hipped roof of corrugated metal sheets and two pinials on top. Front façade: central wooden door between two small windows. In the door and windows louvre shutters. Additional structures: cistern, magasina, bread oven (small detached stone structure with a vault on a rectangular floor plan), water basin and a loose stone wall on the side of the street.
Architectural and historical value as an example of a kas di kunuku; ethnographical value as an example of a typical modest working class dwelling in the countryside with a cistern, magasina, bread oven, water basin and loose stone wall.
