One storey structure constructed in three phases. Lay-out with three distinct sections. Western section: gable roof over core area, slant roofs over flanking galleries. Middle section: gable roof perpendicular to roof of first phase, enclosed by typical inward curved gables. Eastern section: gable roof parallel to middle section. Terraces on three sides. Water reservoir, water wells and dams on premises.
Architectural historical and cultural historical value as a country estate built in phases. Ditto, because of the core, front and rear gallery, oldest lay-out typical of Curaçao. Architectural historical value because of the façades, stairs, roof with wooden wall-cramps. Ensemble value because it is part of an ensemble of three country estates on Brakkeput and because of its setting on a bay-site.
