Detached one-storey structure laid out on elevated platform. Front and rear section with patio. Hipped roof over sala, adjoining slant roof over front gallery. Rear gallery and side wings form wider U-shaped floor plan around patio with columns. Front section with parapet and fluted pilasters on corners. Front façade: three shutter doors with pseudo fanlights; frieze above openings with three medallions connected with garlands and ribbons. Full-frontage front terrace with fan- shaped stairs to front yard.
