One of the oldest country estates on Curaçao. Main structure and additional buildings. Main building: one storey structure with core area, front, rear and side galleries. Transverse front addition in middle of core section. Typical steep gable roofs closed with funnel- shaped gables with classical top end. Kitchen addition and cistern with aqueduct on both sides. Newly built row-houses on old site, corral and remnants of magasina.
Architectural historical and cultural historical value as one of the older country estates of Curaçao which features characteristic elements such as a core and galleries following a differing floor plan.
