Two dormers on both sides of roof. Funnel-shaped gables with triangular fronton and inward and outward curved gables at gallery level. Full-frontage front terrace and ditto short rear terrace. Additional structures include a two storey cistern and a magasina connected with three arches to the main building.
Cultural historical value because of the combination of inward and outward curved gables with funnel-shaped gable ends with fronton indicating a transition phase around 1800. Architectural historical value as a country estate with core and surrounding galleries, a lay-out typical of Curaçao, and a typical sala with arched and ornamented passages. Ensemble and cultural historical value because of the coherence of country estate, terraces, cistern, magasina, toilet house, corrals and fence with gate.
