Group of two small one storey structures dating from late-19th century and early-20th century. Oldest structure: remnant of former country estate complex. Rectangular block covered with gable roof enclosed with funnel-shaped gables with 19th century top end. Later structure: Transverse positioned block with hipped roof, cement hips and ridge with finials. Cornice over façades, quoins on corners. Well- preserved original interior. Connecting corridor with slant roof between structures.
Architectural historical and cultural historical value as a group of two connected traditional dwellings dating from different periods with distinct architectural styles. Cultural historical value because of the well-preserved original interior of the 1920 dwelling.
